Troubleshooting
- My GPSMAP
67 does not respond. How do I reset the device?
-
Press and hold
the (Power) button for >30 seconds and then release.
- Allow the
GPSMAP 67 to cool if hot to the touch.

Power the GPSMAP 67 off.

Press and hold the (Page) and (Enter) buttons
simultaneously.

Press and release the (Power) button.

The GPSMAP 67 will begin the boot process.
- Release the (Page) and (Enter) buttons when
prompted "Erase all user data?"
- Select [Erase] and press (Enter).
- My GPSMAP 67 is not acquiring satellite signals.

Power your GPSMAP 67 On.

Place the GPSr outside, in clear view of the sky, away from any obstructions, for several minutes.

If no improvement >30 minutes,
from the Satellite page, select
Menu > Use With GPS Off > Use With GPS On > AutoLocate Position.

- My GPSMAP 67 will not charge.

Ensure the USB-C cable is inserted fully.

Reduce backlight brightness.

Ensure ambient temperature is between 32ºF and 122ºF (0ºC - 50ºC).
- My GPSMAP 67 battery gauge is not accurate.

Leave the device powered on until the battery is completely discharged.

Charge the battery fully without interruption.

Hidden Test Pages
- Power On Test Page:

Start with the GPSMAP 67 powered off.

Press and release the (Power) button.

Immediately Press and hold the (Enter) button.

The GPSMAP 67 will boot into a test menu.

Select desired
menu option.
- Trip Computer Test Page:

Start with the GPSMAP 67 powered on.

Open the
Trip Computer
page.

Press (Right) until final Trip Computer data page is
displayed.

Press (Up) > (Right) > (Down) > (Left).

A test menu will be displayed.

Select desired menu option.
