Troubleshooting
- Soft Reset
- Should the device stop responding, it may need to
be reset.
- Performing a Soft Reset
will not erase any user data or
settings.
- Press and Hold the (Power)
button until the device restarts.
- Restore Default Settings
- Restore all device settings to
their factory default values.
- From the Main Menu, select
Settings
> System >
Reset > Reset Default
Settings.
- Master
Reset
- Erase all user data and restore device settings to
their factory default values.
- From the Main Menu, select
Settings
> System >
Reset
> Delete Data and
Reset Settings.
- View Device Information
- View the device IMEI number, firmware
and hardware versions, authorization code, and other device
information.
- From the Main Menu, select
Settings > System >
About.
