Unable to find saved track (Resolved)

Not sure if this has something to do with the latest v5.90 firmware but I am unable to get a track on the GPSMAP 67. The track is in Garmin Explorer app and I have synchronized numerous times but it won't show up on the device. I did it the way I have been doing it before.

Also I was hiking today in the Morzine Avoriaz area and this picture I took. I was not walking in a forest there was lots of open sky and the device was in multi gnss mode but I was still not on the track

Are you looking in the 'Archived' folder? That is where saved GPX activities will be found.

it is not a saved activity. it was a GPX file I downloaded from a website, I think it was Komoot and my plan was to hike this track. Because it didnt show up under tracks I was unable to hike this track and just started walking and followed rhe marks on the trees

Did you look in the Archived GPX directory?

Are you certain it was downloaded as a track, and not a route or course?

Is that track displayed/enabled in Collections Manager on the GPSMAP 67?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I was able to solve it and the track showed up on the gpsmap67. The synchronisation settings in the explore app where not correctly set
