64st stuck
I got a new 64 st, loaded caches on an SD card like I did for my Oregon 600 (Garmin/GPX), and powered it up. But now it's hung on the Garmin screen. It worked before.
I tried holding down Page and Enter and starting up the unit, but it just hangs at the Garmin screen.
Anyone have any other ideas? Or is this thing bricked? Sigh.

How long are you waiting with the Garmin logo showing after power on?
Do again and walk away for awhile, then see if recovered after 30 minutes or 60 minutes etc...
When connected via USB to computer, can you see drive in Explorer?

Could it take that long to recover? Okay, I'll give it another try. I'll power up and let it sit for an hour...

If a large amount of data was added, removed, or changed (for example, the preload.ggz file was removed or modified), it can take awhile for the unit to rebuild the internal database.
How many geocaches in the file you loaded to the uSD card?

Hey everybody, I think I was just being stupid. Since I was going to leave the unit on for a few hours, I decided to install some fresh batteries. That did the trick. Boots up perfectly now.
Sorry, but I panicked! Thought I had a brick. Everything's fine now.
