SOS

• Initiate a Garmin International Emergency Rescue Request
• Communicate with the International Emergency Rescue Coordination Center (IERCC)
• The inReach Messenger Plus can not be powered off while an active SOS request is in progress
• An SOS request can be initiated remotely via Messenger app or inReach Remote
• Do not use the SOS function for non-emergency situations

Send SOS
Press and Hold SOS button (under SOS cover) to initiate SOS distress signal (device can be powered on or off) Press any button during SOS countdown to abort sending an SOS distress signal
