MTP Mode

• Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) Mode enables computer access to files stored in internal memory
• When connected to a computer via USB Cable:
  • With USB Mode configured for Automatic, the inReach Messenger Plus will connect in Media Transfer Protocol mode automatically
  • With USB Mode configured for Prompted, the inReach Messenger Plus will prompt the user to enable MTP Mode as desired
  • When connected to a computer with Garmin Express running, MTP Mode will be enabled automatically
