Status Page
 

• The Status Page can be accessed at any time by briefly pressing the power button (unless the power button has been reconfigured to capture screen images).
• Setting the Backlight Slider to 0% will disable the backlight and remove the need to tap the screen twice to make menu selections (first tap enables backlight).
• The following controls and information are available from the eTrex Touch Status page display:

1. Satellite Signal Strength
2. Current Time for device location
3. Power Supply Status
4. Move the Backlight Slider to adjust screen brightness between 0% and 100%
5. Select to cycle backlight between 100% > 0% > 50%
6. Slide Up/Down to view and select available applications
7. Select to exit the Status page and return to the active application
8. Select to lock or to unlock the screen and return to the active application
9. Select to configure available applications and arrangement
