Button Operation

C. Power Button		G. Volume Button
1. Press and hold to turn unit on/off.		1. Press to open Volume/Squelch control window.
2. Press to access backlight adjustment.		2. Press and hold to mute/unmute speaker.
D. Call Button		H. Zoom/Map Button
1. Press to transmit call tone.		1. Press to open Map page.
• Sends position when released (if enabled).		2. Press to open Zoom controls in Map page.
E. Talk Button		I. Thumb Stick (Enter)
1. Press and hold to transmit audio.		1. Press to confirm data entry or menu selections.
• Sends position when released (if enabled).		2. Press and hold to open Shortcuts Menu.
F. Page/Quit Button		• Highlight and select 'Mark Waypoint' to save current location.
1. Press to loop through main display pages.		• Highlight and select 'Find' to begin navigation.
2. Press to exit/quit a function.		• Highlight and select 'Lock Keys' to lock keys.
3. Press twice to return to Main Menu.		3. Move up, down, right or left to navigate menu selections or pan map arrow.
4. Press and hold until 'Keylock Disabled' to unlock keys.

Special Key Functions

hold (Page) + (Enter) + cycle (Power) = Hard Reset (erases all user data)

(Enter) + (Power) = Diagnostic Menu

(Page) = Open next test screen
hold (Power) = Exit Diagnostic Menu

Trip Computer > Thumb Stick (Up) > (Right) > (Down) > (Left) = Error Logs
- Thumb Stick (Left)/(Right) = Choose 'Shutdown' or 'Stack'
- Thumb Stick (Up)/(Down) = Select Desired Error Log (details displayed at bottom of screen)
- (Quit) = Exit Selected Test Mode

Status Bar

The Status Bar is displayed at the top of the screen on all Main pages.
Multiple settings and operational icons may appear on the Status Bar while using the Rino:

	Battery charge level
	Using external power
	Radio on
	Radio receiving signal (Rx)
	Radio transmitting signal (Tx)
	Current radio channel
	Location sharing ready
	Keylock enabled
	Alarm clock on
	GPS position ready
	Speaker muted

Main Menu

Press and release the Page/Quit Button (F) to loop through display pages (as configured in Setup > Page Sequence).

The first page listed in the Page Sequence will appear by default each time the unit is powered on.

Pages not included in the Page Sequence are available from the Main Menu.
- Use the Thumb Stick (I) to highlight the desired menu selection.
- Press the Thumb Stick (I) in to activate the highlighted menu selection.
