Troubleshooting
- How do I reset all settings back to factory defaults?

Settings > Device Reset > Factory Data Reset
- My Overlander is not acquiring satellite signals
-
Verify location service are enabled
-
Place the GPSr outside, in clear view of the sky, away from any obstructions,
and remain stationary for several minutes
-
If no improvement >30 minutes, perform Master Reset (above) and repeat
- My Overlander will not charge in my vehicle

Check the fuse in the vehicle power cable

Check the fuse for the vehicle power outlet

Verify vehicle is supplying power to the power
outlet

Verify vehicle interior temperature is within
device charging temperature limits
- My Overlander battery does not last very long

Decrease screen brightness

Shorten display timeout

Decrease volume

Disable Wi-Fi radio when not in use

Use power saving mode when not in use

Do not place device in direct sunlight
