inReach Messaging
- Always stay in touch using an inReach capable Garmin GPSr and an active subscription plan.
- Send and receive text and email messages from any location on Earth via the Iridium satellite network.
- The
Status LED will flash
when unread inReach messages are present. - The
Status LED will flash
to alert the user when an inReach message fails to transmit. - Preset Messages are synced from the Explore website to the Montana 7x0i with the Garmin Explore app.
- The Montana 7x0i must be synced each and every time changes are made to your Explore Messages.
- Additional inReach applications are available in the inReach page.
- View current inReach service status.
- Quickly send one of three preconfigured message to preselected recipients.
- Preset messages are configured in your Garmin Explore account.
- All changes must be synced to your Montana 7x0i via the Garmin Explore app before they will appear on the device.
