Limitations
- Only GPX files with geocaches will be
recognized and indexed.
- Place GPX files with waypoints,
routes or tracks into the \Garmin\NewFiles\
directory for conversion to FIT format during the next device startup.
- Waypoints (locations), activities and
courses in FIT file format are limited only by available storage space
on the device and installed microSD card.

file formats
- Connect GPSMAP H1 to computer via USB and enable
MTP Mode
- Place desired import files in the [GPSMAP
H1]\Garmin\NewFiles\
directory
- Disconnect and restart the GPSMAP H1 to complete the
automated file import process
