GPSMAP 65s Drops Bluetooth Connection

I've been using four Garmin GPSMAP models (67, 66sr, 64sx, 65s) off and on for awhile now and I have noticed that the 65s will periodically lose it's bluetooth connection to Garmin Explore in my smartphone (Samsung s24 ultra). The other three models I use never do that. It's easy enough to re-establish the connection but it's becoming an annoyance. I looked through the bugs list but didn't see anything pertaining to this. Any ideas?

On your Android device, go to Settings -> Location -> Location services and disable Bluetooth scanning.
Go to list of your Android applications and disable Nearby devices permission for every application that doesn't need it.
Your Garmin Connect app should have all battery optimizations disabled and Nearby devices permission enabled.
You can also try to set up configuration of your GPSMAP 65 Bluetooth connection (inside your Android phone) by disabling unnecessary services (like Bluetooth calling, Contacts sync, etc) if they are set.
If everything fails, the issue could be related to your GPSr device not to the phone.
