My unit freezes when saving an activity

Just exactly that. It always freezes, immediately, displays "saving" in text on the screen. No response from any button.
No time limit, just stays frozen until a battery is removed.
The data remains and I can try saving current activity again, but it freezes again.

Quite serious as this renders the unit useless for me.

We have been unable to reproduce.

You may want to consider a Master Reset.

I have reset, deleted everything. The problem persists.
I have reported to Garmin and sent logs.
I am now on day 12 of an email exchange with support.
They have been unable to assist me so far.
Meanwhile, the unit is useless as it cannot save any activity.

Hi. I have found the problem. My etrex SE device language is set to Russian. And I found that Auto-Pause recording option turned ON causes the track saving hang. Turning it OFF solves the problem. Also I noticed, that Auto Pause optio is not translated(maybe this is somehow will help to find or fix the problem).I have latest available firmware for etrex SE. Hope this will help to solve the issue in next firmware. Thanks
