I bought some day ago a new Garmin 67i : it worked fine, all map details where shown.
Garmix Express ask to install latest firmware 8.50: after this the Topoactive SEEMS not enabled ! Only highway and some main street are shown.
Already try to reinstall Topoactive Maps, factory reset. NOTHING !

And it is not possible to install any previous firmware

Garminy Italy contated say : "WOW".
Excellent.

Any ideas ?

Which map layers are enabled in the Map Layers menu on the map page?

GPSrChive > GPSMAP 67 > Main Menu > Map > Map Layers

The only one possible : TopoActive .
I already try to play with it switching between on/off but it is always the same.
It seems software doesnt recognize the ON selection.

Try installing another map (OSM map), this way you will determine whether the reason for the lack of details display
is the Topoactive map or the device software.

Which TopoActive maps are available in Setup > Map > Map Manager > TopoActive Maps?

I don't know if you use Topo Active Europe, but the Topo Active map is saved in three .img files,
it is possible that the map file of your area is missing (or corrupted) in the device and only a simplified
map is displayed.

Turning on the map actually turns on two or one area (the device displays information that the map is turned on). You should check if all the map files are in the device.
