What do these 'Common Issues' numbers mean?

What do these 'Common Issues' numbers mean?

on the known bugs page, there are three-digit numbers in parentheses in the column before the version number. Do these numbers have any meaning (expected version where it will be fixed?), so it would be useful to explain this on the respective pages.

These are used for reference when communicating with Garmin software engineers.
