A client of ours has locked the drive with bitlocker and cannot remove the settings from the GARMIN 66i. Can we access the device to break this and clear the settings or is it now a brick? I have tried the reset functions and forced firmware update.

Hopefully someone else will have better news than I, but to date, I have never seen this condition resolved. I believe it is now a brick.
