66i change history for expedition mode

Does someone know what is meant by, “Fixed recording with expedition mode when auto-start is off,” in the update history for GPSMAP 66i Ver. 8.50 to 8.80? Also, “Fixed possible issue with incorrect track distances when using expedition mode” in update 8.10 to 8.50?
