How long does a built-in battery work?

The 66sr has a built-in battery. Can anyone tell me how much the battery loose its energy over the years? Can I use the GPS for 5 or 10 years?
I want to buy the GPSMAP 67 and it would be my first GPS with a built in battery….

The GPSMAP 66sr uses the exact same battery that is used in the inReach SE+/Explorer+ units, and some of those are more than 6 years old now. I have not seen any reports of battery failure in those.
