When I turn on the 67 and go to search for my stored tracks, I don't see them, I have to turn the 67 off and then back on (sometimes multiple times) to see them.

Whit all the issues you are having, could it simply be that the unit is defective? It almost looks like they are related to storage or data on the device: crashes on startup, searching for tracks, scrolling through the track list. With my unit I recognize none of these issues.

Do these issues also happen after a master reset? And without any custom maps and without SD card? If the device works correctly in factory default state, you can add custom maps, tracks etc step by step to determine when the issues start happening.

A very reasonable voice.

In fact it is difficult to say since these are random bugs, and therefore not easy to reproduce them systematically. I'm going to do a reset without a µSD card.

Where are the saved tracks stored? How do they get there?

How are you searching for them on the device?

Step by step details are crucial for others to duplicate the issue.

They are stored in the Garmin\GPX directory of the 67 and this is always what I have done on my various Garmins including the 66sr and I have never had a display problem, now I have transferred them to the µSD in the GPX directory and they are clearly visible.
