How to lock buttons when display turns off [Request 2]

On the 66sr I had to push the turn on button to turn the display lighting on again. Now I can use any button on the device to do that. If I want to prevent that, I have manually to turn on the button lock, but everytime again, when I turn the display lighting on.

Is there an option, where I can lock off the buttons when ever the display lighting turns off automatical?
