It only has Garmin watches that only need the EPO.bin, I tried the 66sr only with the EPO.bin, it does not work why this difference? Since all the satellite elements are also in the EPO.bin

As far as I know it depends on the gnss chip and if I am not mistaken some garmin watches have cpe file too.
By the way, is it true, that the CPE status will set itself to "current", if the device sits long enough at a spot? I also noticed, that my cpe status expires exactly after 6 days, that happens 3 times in a row since I bought the device.

Yes, that's about the time it takes for the CPE to expire on my 66sr.

Re: Galileo initialization became Slow [Bug 71]
I don't think it does. Before I started doing CPE updates via Garmin Explore on my phone, I never ever got "CPE: current" on my 66sr.
Now, in theory, the 66sr should be able to do CPE updates directly over WiFi. If that worked, then yes, if it sits long enough in one spot that has WiFi it should change to CPE: Current. But I have never had this work and have seen no proof that it does work.
Anyone else?

I have never had a CPE update with WiFi and yet it is still active at home.
