No screenprint

I know I can make a screenprint via Setup/Display/ Screen Capture. So, I made a screenprint of the contents of "Connect IQ", which is in my case Wikiloc and Charge Monitor. What I didn't know is that if you continue to use any of these apps you can't make screenprints anymore. At least not as long as you are within the apps.
