UK Post code problem

My 700i with 13.20 and CN Europe NT 2023.10 All East and All West and TopoActive Europe 2020-10 South West and North East I can't find a UK post code, for which Garmin is aware.
Basically if I try to search using the magnifying glass - addresses - tap on search area -and then tap on the "Enter City / Postal Code" it flashes past The "enter name for search" and shows a screen with "Shetland, ZET" and also "ZE2 9, Bergen". Tapping the three horizontal lines at the bottom to use the "Spell search" gives no answer.
