Is there a way to eliminate the route waypoint labels in the GPSr map view?

You can try configuring Setup > Map > Advanced Map Setup > Zoom Levels > User Waypoints > Off, and then let us know if that works for you.

The only work around I have found is to change the name of the track (prior to converting to a route) to a single letter. This shortens all these labels. I’m just trying to make the map view more useable.

Notice the long label on each route waypoint. Each label is Route name plus a sequential number. Gets very crowded on the map view.

The route was created from a track file recorded on a previous hike.
