Garmin 66sr defective pixel

Hi! I have just bought new Garmin 66sr and notice one small defective pixel (on battery status)... this is a bit annoying for me so i would like to remove it ...Is there any app that could fix it? Is it under warranty? If not how much money I have to pay for a new screen?
