I think I already read about this issue here but can not find it:

GPSMPAP 66st with FW Version 9.9 does not finish the start process. It get stuck while displaying "Loading wypoints, tracks, and routes.." then it reboots again and again...

Any idea or link to the similar post?

I have similar issue but the device got stuck on "Loading profiles...".

I was able to connect it to a computer via USB cable in order to save my profiles, waypoints, tracks, routes, etc.

The only way I was able to fix it was using factory reset (Page + Enter + Turn on, GPSrChive > GPSMAP 66 > Troubleshooting). But this will delete all your data (except maps). So you have to backup them before resetting your device.
