After resetting all the parameters on a Touch 25, did you get a screen that asked you to possibly make an offset correction concerning the geographical position? A friend had this and couldn't figure out why.

Please provide more detail and photos or screen captures if at all possible to replicate.

Also, which eTrex Touch firmware version, and which country or region (makes a huge difference)?

I'm going to guess some area where the local governments do not want users having access to very accurate GPS devices?
