I recently had a problem that garmin helped me with but discovered it is only possible to send log files from a windows computer.
It would be nice if garmin could introduce the same to mac.


This instruction was sent by garmin via email.

Feel free to take the following action so that our developers can see the logs from Garmin Express.
Garmin Express Logs (Windows):
1. Launch Garmin Express.
2. Click "?" at the top right.
3. Click "Submit Reports".
4. Enter code: xxxxx
5. Click "Submit".

Not having a Mac to test with, I assume there is no such option listed with the Mac version of Garmin Express?

It looks a bit different in mac but the function to send log files is there.
There was a small miss in the communication with garmin so I got instructions for windows instead.

After a bit of searching, I found the right place.

Launch Garmin Express.
2. Click "help" at the top of the menu bar.
3. Garmin Express Help.
4. Click "Submit Reports".
5. Enter code: xxxxx
6. Click "Submit".

Ahh, yes, that is a little hidden!

This seems be the same way as on Windows, hidden in the help?
