Change History
Changes made from version 7.10 to 7.20:
•Fixed issue where touching the screen would wake up the unit when it was in battery save mode.
•Fixed possible freeze when the unit was in mass storage mode and then unplugged.

One change I've noticed, when the screen times out you now have to press the on/off button to get it back ... tapping the screen no longer works. Would be grateful if someone else could confirm this before I try a master reset?

Ok thanks, may need a master reset then or does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere? I can't find one?

As for screen time-out, I never use it. My screen is always on at 50%.

Well a hard reset hasn't changed it, I can now only open the screen by tapping the power key.

Now reverted to 7.10 and all is well again, strange that others on 7.20 appear to retain the 'tap screen to wake up' option, why mine wasn't working even after a master reset I have no idea, mine is a 650T model just in case anyone has the same problem.

I haven't had the chance to test mine yet, will let you know what happens!
UPDATE!
With firmware v7.20, once the back light turns off, touching the screen will re-activate the back light IF Battery Save is turned OFF.
And I LIKE it this way!
