Track to route conversion in gpsmap would be great.

Could garmin implement this feature until chrismas?

I highly doubt, that this will ever happen :/ Btw, Automotive devices like Zumo do support such feature.

There are a number of tools that can do this. gpsbabel is a common, and free, one, and a link is available from the GPSrChive > GPSMAP 66 > Software page.

Let's hope, that you are right and such feature will be implemented on GPSMap and Montana series

I habe no zumo.
Maybe it is the same code and just a copy and paste for the developers

GPSMap, Montana are based on Garmin owns OS, while current Zumo XT and Drive are based on Android. I don't think so, that this would work that easy.

Until Garmin makes this change you can always use this program to convert Tracks 2 Routes
