I got a new GPS from Garmin RMA for a reason other than this thread.
The new gps gives exactly the same error with the same addresses as the old gps.

If I zoom out the map so that the whole route can fit on the screen and calculate the route, the line is mostly drawn correctly.

Firmware 10.90

Fixed in 13.10

Was contacted by garmin support that this problem should be solved.
I have tested several addresses with different settings and can not find any errors with the route line anymore.
