Please contact your local Garmin support team and make a ticket! Will likely need to be resolved in a future language update.
Edit: looks like the TEXT file is correct, so the UI will need to be corrected.

Yes, I have already written an email for garmin about this, but waiting for reply, haven't yet heared anything.

Fixed by translation 2.80 and firmware 15.20. It's now called "Herunterl."
