Outdoor Maps+ Layers

If curious, the following layers are included with Outdoor Maps+:

• HMU - Habitat Management Units for game and other wildlife.
• Parcel - Private parcel maps with ownership information.
• Contours - 40' intervals based on my testing.
• Hydro - Higher details for lakes, rivers, etc.
• Public Lands.
• Outdoor POI - Haven't discovered what's included with this layer yet.
• PLSS - Public Land Survey System, at my location this is a township and range grid and info.
• Satellite - Replaces BirdsEye.
• USGS Quad - USGS raster maps and 7.5' quad names.

Not included with Maps+: I was hoping for a 1:24K vector topo layer, but that's not included with this product. A 1km UTM grid with the PLSS layer would be super useful too.

Garmin have indicated additional map layers will be added with future updates.
