I am still learning about my new Montana 700. So far, I am liking it.
On my Montana 680, I could see the Found Geocaches counter on the Geocaching Dashboard. My wife and i used it a lot for various tasks, one of which is counting caches we found while out power trailing.
I can't find where to display that counter on the 700. Is it "Gone for life"? If so why put it in the setup?
Thanks for your time,

You are 100% correct, there is no way other than in the setup menu to view this counter.

Well Expletives deleted!
I find this to be a "Down check" for me. I am disappointed, so much so I will write Garmin to register my displeasure.
Now instead of looking for positives, I will be looking for issues.

Just one point I'd like to note here... the counter probably isn't that much use now, with AdLabs being so common... unless you avoided AdLabs and the bonuses, you'd be forever manually changing this counter number.

Hello,
I have to differ with you. My wife and I use it to count number of caches found in a power trail or series, number of caches found in a days (or Weeks)run and some other uses. We have also used it to track finds so we don't over run a milestone.
I never used it to track my actual number of caches I found.
But to each his own.
