Satmap Active 20 GPS device

I am not sure if this forum is for Garmin devices only. If this is inappropriate, please feel free to remove the post.

I have just noticed Satmap Active 20. It seems too good to be true. Made in the UK, button and touch screen operation, high res screen, accepts both Li Ion and AA battery, seems to be a multiband and comes with a full OS Map at a very reasonable price. Has anyone owned this device or knows what it is like?

As far as I understand, you have to buy all maps you want, right?

After more research I found out it was not as a good a deal as it first seemed to be. Everything is extra: belt clip, removable Li battery and of course maps. The other issue for me is the operating temperature which only goes down to -5 C. The screen resolution is outstanding but the device is very bulky.
