PNG to SRF Converter?

Hello All,

Is there any available software that can convert .png images to the Garmin .srf format for creating custom vehicles?
I know about the techmods nuvi utilities site that can do this, but I'm looking for software that can do this offline without having access to the internet.

It doesn't like a Linux system but it works ok in a Windows VM.
