Live GC downloads are including child Wpts on 66st

I have a 4yo 66st. and normally transfer PQ to it via aPC
I only want the GC info
Initially I tried using Live download of lists but that was no good with big lists, device froze, didnt finish etc etc
Back to PC transfer
Yesterday I was in Chartres, France( beautiful city btw). Didn’t have pc so tried live down load of new list I did with 22 Gc. That loaded ok but when I went to the map another 20 or so Wpts were there. Some unrelated to the GC’s. I don’t want them. The map was a mess
Deleted list and tried Live download of Gc in the area
Same result
Back Home in Hertford , UK I tried the same test. Small PQ and Live download
Same result

Is there a way of just downloading GC list not extra Wpts please

I attach the Chartres PQ zip and a screen shot of detail from Wpts file

Some of the WPts relate it seems to Advent Labs in the area Why bring those into my PQ. I know there 7 Adlab tours in a 500m tours in central Chartres
Am I doing something wrong or is that how it is?
Any advice….. gratefully received

It took us nearly a decade to get Garmin to include child waypoints with GC downloads, and these appear to be just that, all child waypoints listed with each geocache in the list. They are usually quite helpful, including pre-determined parking areas, virtual stages, etc.

There is no option I am aware of to disable them.

I haven't looked yet, but it may be possible to exclude the child waypoints when you create the lists originally? You may also be able to remove them from existing lists...
