CPE.bin file format GPSMAP 67

While doing some investigations on updating the CPE.bin file via Wi-Fi on the GPSMAP 67, I found an interesting tidbit: the download CPE.bin file is a tar archive file. The archive contains three files: CPE_GPS.bin, CPE_GLO.bin and CPE_GAL.bin.

Interestingly there are no CPE files for the other supported GNSSs BeiDou, QZSS and NavIC, but I do not know if these GNSSs actually do use CPE data.
