Please visit GPSrChive > Montana 7x0 > Operation > Files & Folders for information about which files can be found where on the device!

Your *.FIT Activity files will be located in the \Garmin\Activities\ directory on your Montana 7x0.

What are you trying to achieve?

The GPD files on the Montana are files that contain the settings of a profile (profiles are a way to easily switch between settings). On the Fenix a profile is called an activity and it is stored in a different format, in a FIT file. So in that sense you cannot copy the activity/profile file from a Fenix to a Montana 700.

As far as I know the Montana 700 does not support E-bike as an activity type, only (general) Cycling. So you could setup a separate profile for Cycling and set Setup > Recording > Activity Type to Cycling.

In Settings > Profiles there is an option to add a new profile,
after creating it, change all settings following the example of the eBike from Fenix profile,
in particular change the method of calculating routes, method of recording the track (activity),in what format the track (activity) should be saved: gpx, Fit or both.
Add sensors if you use them. Assign a map appropriate for this activity, adjust the data fields in the Trip Computer. You can give the profile an appropriate name.

I believe the profile files on the Montana 700 have a .gpf extension, and this is also the case on the older Montana and Oregon devices.

While typing, you accidentally pressed the d key instead of the f key and .gpd came out.

The .gpf extension for profile files is also used in other devices from the tourist equipment segment.

I may be wrong, but isn't the thread about the 'connect' profile? So creating a new montana profile would not solve this, as the connect profile list cannot be changed.

Is it not a GPF file??

When I look at your screen shot it shows GPF and not GPD

Could be just a typo error you made a mistake.....
