I have noticed each time I connect the 66 v4.10 to Garmin Express v6.21;0.0 it tries to sync,but each time if fails.
There is not problem with any other GPS Unit connecting to Garmin Express.
I do not know what it is trying to sync??
Had no problems updating the firmware to v4.10 a couple of weeks ago on the 66s.

No errors when I use the Android Garmin Connect app on my smartphone.
Again I do not know what it syncing but no errors with the app.

What are your Garmin Express settings under 'Tools and Content' > 'Privacy' for that GPSMAP 66?

All setting are OK no blocking of anything.
A week ago I sent an email to Garmin but have not received and answer to the problem.
Will let you know when I get an answer from Garmin.
