battery adapter and spine mount clutters the "ACTIVE TOPICS" list

Post by 987 »

Would it be possible to make the battery adapter and spine mount information to not be "stay-on-top" topics?
Currently they clutter the forum.
Have a look at:
Garmin GPS receivers

and scroll down to active topics.
It looks like the only active topics are the ones related to battery adapters and mounts.

Perhaps it is possible to add the information about the adapter and the mount in a way that:
a) they stay on top only within each topic, but not in the active topics list.
b) add the information into the red banner which is currently showing the hosting donation request.

We are looking into option (A), however it appears our forum software is somewhat limited in that respect. We hope to find a workable solution soon.

Meanwhile, we have added a 'Recent Topics' section at the top of the primary index page, and you can still select 'New Posts' or 'Unread Posts' from the 'Quick Links' menu at the top left of the page.
