Mass Storage Mode

Mass Storage Mode allows your Oregon 6xx to behave like an external hard drive, enabling computer access to files stored in internal memory and installed µSD card.

In most scenarios, when connected to a computer via USB cable, the Oregon 6xx will automatically detect the connection and enter mass storage mode.

If Garmin Spanner is selected in [Setup > System > Interface], and the Oregon 6xx is connected to a host computer via USB cable, the Oregon 6xx will prompt you as follows:

	Enter Mass Storage Mode?		Select [No] to use the GPSr and share data via USB		Select [Yes] to enter Mass Storage Mode		Mass Storage Mode Enabled
