Hi my Montana 680 notting connect with garmin express

I can force it in to mass mode and the memory in empty

If you can see the device in Explorer when connected to your computer, but no files are present, something has gone very wrong. Does the GPSr function properly when disconnected?

Yes and I can use it

I have tried put and files yet,

I have looked at this webpage.

I know that I need the following (if anyone can send me copies so I can see what it should look like)
GarminDevice.xml | Device configuration file
gsystem.xml | Basic system information and error reports

Do I need ARC.BIN & BEE.BIN | MTK chipset configuration file
Is there any hidden Files & Folders?

The files you ask for are written by the GPSr every time it boots. You do not need to add them.

Leave the BIN files alone.

Clearly, you can see some files on the device... How about a screen shot of the directories and files?

I car't see any files on my garmin

if GarminDevice.xml & gsystem.xml written by the GPSr every time it boots do you think it not boot properly?

I have looked at the error log on my garmin
"Abnormal Powerdown"

can you try a different computer and different USB cable?

Also try deleting the GarminDevice.xml file. Occasionally these can get corrupted. By deleting it you force the device to write a new one.
