Accuracy of GPSMAP 67

On my GPSMAP 67 GNSS is 1.8 meters in horizontal with L5 band. Vertical is very good (18 meters instead of 19 meters on card)
Having my GPS with nakelace the antenna is in the direction of ground.
Is it possible to use the 4 helix garmin antenna pointed in direction of ground or sky?
How is your accuracy?
