Brand New eTrex 32x Stop Responding After Powering Off

Just bought a etrex 32x a few days ago, hardware gen 2(B4333), software version 2.80 with EU map preloaded. Today, I drove to an underground carpark with etrex 32x stayed at satellite page, after a few seconds, it beeped and displayed "Lost satellite reception". I clicked "OK", and short pressed the power button, checked the battery bar, and press back button returned to satellite page. And then, long pressed the power button to power off, the power icon displayed on the screen. In normal circumstances, the icon will stay 2-3 seconds, but today it stuck on this screen, and all buttons were not responding. Finally, I removed the battery to solve the problem.

After that, I restart the etrex 32x, seems it lost all satellite almanac and had a cold start.
