Montana 650T - No Auto Pause?

For reasons unknown to mankind it appears that the Montana 650T does not support the Auto Pause track recording feature.
The lack of this feature is quite irritating, and its rather clumsy and time consuming to have to go in with a track editor and manually search for them and delete the waypoints.
Does anyone know of any software/Application that I can parse a .gpx data file and strip out the pauses?
