Yes, this adapter can be used with that receiver, or any other Garmin Quarter Turn receiver.
There are many different applications available from a wide variety of suppliers.

I've ordered/received it earlier this week and it's very useful since the RAM-HOL-GA41U doesn't fit if one has a rubber cover like I have.
The RAM spine mount is far more sturdier than these Smart Planet® HR Richter Support, which I got two of them and broke within 6 months.

Since it's a diamond back, it should be used with supports like RAP-274-1U

Those 'diamond back' adapters are for the 'bicycle' side. Our adapter is for the 'GPSr' side.
All that is required to use our adapter is a Garmin Quarter Turn receiver.
