Before the update, my 67 indoors (where my GPS is usually located) showed an accuracy of 7.2-5.4 m, now it is 4.3-1.8 m. Baidou had 3 satellites, now 9, and GPS only 7. Outdoors, the accuracy does not drop below 1.8m and is constant.

With the new software, the problem of restarting the device returned. This problem occurred when I was viewing courses. At this time, activity recording was running. :(

What actions did you do exactly? And can you reproduce the crash?

There was an issue in earlier versions where the device would crash when pressing menu on a map view (ie active weather, or map view for waypoint, course, etc), but from what I've seen this issue has not been re-introduced in 8.30.

I've seen this same problem before when I was on the road and had the wrong course selected. When I was looking for the second one and zoomed in on the map, the device turned off. The result was no activity recording until I turned the recording on again. Today I was browsing the courses and zooming in on the map and the same thing happened. Now I can't do it again.

Is this on the Map page or the map view that you get when you select a course from the Course Planner? And what maps did you have active?

I don't know what setting you use for Recording > Auto Start, but if it is set to Off it would explain why you would need to tun on recording again after the device has restarted from the crash.

I changed the course with the FIND button, selected the course from the menu and moved the cursor down to the map view with the possibility of +/- zoom. This didn't happen during the first course, but after selecting the next one and zooming in to see the details, it turned off.
Yes, I know that my recording is manual and needs to be turned on. I didn't think about it then, I was very surprised when I saw a black screen and the navigation restarting.
I have maps on OSM Openhiking, BBBike, Topo 2024.10

Strange, I tried the same with several courses I have on my unit but couldn't get it to crash. Maybe related to the specific maps you have on the device?

Good morning everyone, I am a new user;

My name is Manu and I write from Italy.

After updating to the 8.30 firmware of my Map 67i a bug emerged (from my point of view)

If I leave the device stationary for more than ten minutes it does not maintain its position but fluctuates... of 10-20 meters; sometimes even more.

Before to this firmware update, this behavior did not occur.
