forum only readable when logged in

Hi.
On 2023-08-20, it seems that the forum is only possible to read if logged in.
Unregistered users or non logged in users cannot read topics.

Same here something has changed.

Will have to wait till Monday for the reason

Same here, I just had to login again. Normally I'm always logged in when ever I visit. (nope I haven't cleared any cookies or cache on my laptop).
