editing waypoints on the map is getting slower

Hoi everyone,
i have a problem with my gpsmap66s.
when i use it without an sd card there is no problem with marking waypoints especially go in to the waypoint after marking it on the map and edit it on the map with the pointer but when i put in an sd card (sandisk 32gb class 10 HC I) and put some maps on it the waypoint marking (editing) on my gpsmap takes longer and longer the more maps i put on the sd card
is somebody else experiencing the same problem. i thought my gps was bad and returned it to the store but i got i brand new one and also this gpsr is having the same problem.
